Mr. Kennedy: British Columbia, Canada; Mr. Kennedy is the "brains" behind ITManageCast, the blog and podcast for IT managers, ITIL, Network, and Systems Management news, reviews, and interviews. Mr. Kennedy previously worked for the University of British Columbia, Atos-Origin for the 2010 Winter Olympic Games, and prior to that had been a managing partner in Tsunami.ca, an IT consultancy in British Columbia.
